Services for Institutions
We support academic and scientific institutions in the design and implementation of strategies that enhance their international visibility, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and strengthen their research ecosystems.
Strategic programs
We design and deliver seminars, courses, lectures, and workshops on relevant topics such as research project management, applications for scholarships and funding, career guidance, scientific career development, strengthening the role of women in science, and more.
Services
Participation in Conferences, Seminars, and Workshops
I participate in conferences, programs, workshops, and training seminars for universities, research centers, and government institutions.
My areas of expertise include the internationalization of science, interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral collaboration, inclusion and gender equality in the scientific community, access to international funding and scholarships, as well as various topics related to immunology, my field of scientific research.
My interventions are aimed at both researchers and students, as well as administrative staff in departments or offices of international affairs.
Participation in Conferences, Seminars, and Workshops
My conferences and workshops are designed to inspire, train, and connect scientific and academic communities through a contemporary vision of science.
Depending on the context, I address topics such as the internationalization of science, interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral collaboration, gender equality in the scientific community, national and international funding opportunities, and various aspects of immunology, my field of research.
The goal is to create learning experiences that integrate up-to-date knowledge, a global perspective, and practical strategies applicable across different institutional settings. Each session is tailored to the audience, which may include doctoral and postgraduate students, principal investigators, administrative teams, decision-makers, and research leaders.
I include concrete examples and applied exercises. Sessions can be delivered in-person, hybrid, or online, in either Spanish or English.
My priority is to foster spaces that promote critical thinking, collaboration, and the development of a strong and sustainable scientific culture.
Complementary Programs
We design and implement comprehensive programs for universities and research centers aimed at strengthening internationalization and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The content and scope of each program are fully tailored to the specific needs and priorities of each institution. With a complementary approach, we combine keynote lectures, collaboration labs, and personalized consulting sessions.
We streamline the identification of global opportunities, the design of competitive projects, and the consolidation of sustainable research networks.
Complementary Programs
The internationalization and interdisciplinarity programs we design for universities and research centers aim to transform how institutions engage with the global scientific landscape.
Targeted at both the scientific community and administrative staff, each program is tailored to the specific needs and goals of the organization, integrating keynote lectures, collaborative workspaces, and personalized consulting sessions.
Throughout the process, we support institutional teams in identifying funding opportunities, building international networks, and developing strong proposals aligned with international standards of excellence, impact, and implementation.
With the participation of international experts, our programs promote the creation of collaborative projects across disciplines and sectors, incorporating components of innovation, equity, and sustainability.
The result is a structured working model that not only strengthens the institution’s capacity to participate in international calls but also fosters a culture of ongoing, long-term cooperation.
All programs can be delivered in-person, hybrid, or online, in either Spanish or English, with defined deliverables and measurable outcomes that contribute to a truly global scientific vision.
What they say about me
Hans-Gustav Ljunggren, PhD
Professor and Member of the Nobel Assembly, Karolinska Institute

«Angelica Cuapio has a long-standing career in Life Science related research, in particular in the field of immunology. She has built her career in science on her success in obtaining academic positions and research funding in strong competition. Beyond this, she has long-term experience in providing guidance to others in grant writing, project-specific coaching, other forms of academic writing and illustration. Her experience includes effective networking arrangements including that of setting up of conferences and workshops. Beyond this, she has assisted in processes of conflict and competition management. Among other noteworthy skills she has also provided extensive support for younger scientists. The latter exemplified by being an active representant of students during three consecutive Marie Curie fellowships and consortiums.»

«I know Dr. Angélica Cuapio through her role as a fellow and evaluator of one of the most prestigious scholarships in the world: the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), funded by the European Commission. The first time I heard her presenting about her experience providing recommendations to researchers from the LAC region was during the annual MSCA alumni conference. Dr. Cuapio understands both sides of the coin, as both an applicant and an evaluator. Bringing together these two perspectives is unique and adds exceptional value to every speech she gives. Her excellent and professional presentations have motivated many attendees to apply and pursue their dreams.»

«One of the most beautiful qualities a person can possess is generosity with their time and knowledge, and Dr. Angelica Cuapio embodies both. She is always ready to share more of her vast experience and to inspire others with her genuine curiosity. With her intelligence, assertiveness, rigor, sensitivity, and diverse interests, she will help those who, like her, enjoy life and dream of science.»
